My name is Firas im 17 and im originally from iraq. I grew up in Canada and stayed there for 5 years later moving to Dubai where i currently live and study.i'm the oldest of 4 boys and i tend to do really well in school winning awards that have made me recognised as an elite student. I've had a love for acting and drama ever since i was 6 years of age where i took part in a small school play. Since then i have been in and written a few short films, and participated in 2 school plays. i also love music and play both the guitar and drums. I will hopefully be moving to los angeles, California very soon and plan to finish my studies there. There i hope to find many acting opportunities that will broaden my skills, and hopefully prove to be extremely fun and interesting experiences.
Ive always been considered a talented person as i have many interests and hobbies.other than my love for acting i also love music and can play the guitar, drums and write my own songs. i also tend to sing from time to time as many tell me i have a great voice. i love sports as im part of the varsity basketball and volley ball teams at my school as well. Being part of the dance club and drama club im also very strong with my arts . i am also what people call a nerd. i also was part of the student coucil and do volunteer work at a hospital. Though i dont read much i tend to learn quickly. In addition to that i have a strong love for medical and astronomical science.
For as long as i could remember its been my dream to become an actor. My friends all say they think i have great potential, and my family agrees that i can become somebody as long as i try. I have confidence that if i put my mind to it i can accomplish what i want, as i am a determined hard working person who never gives up. I love acting and wish to make it part of my life. I dont want all of it for fame so that my name can go up in lights. i want to become an actor not just because of my love for acting, but also so i could experience different possibilities in life playing different characters. I've also always strived to become somebody and influence people. I've always wanted to play a part in the lives of many, act as a positive role model, and make a difference. I hope to accomplish just that getting into the movie industry. In the end it all comes down to doing what i love and heading in the right direction.
